7,220 DAYS:A MUSEUM OF HENRY

Henry explains the Law of Sines

In his own words:

I remember up through sophomore year I would sit quietly in Math, doze off, and generally not put forth much effort. (This applies for most classes, actually, but math stands out.) Then, around the beginning of 2009, I had to make a presentation to help the class review for the pre-calculus final (I had to teach the Law of Sines). Something possessed me to make what is arguably the most fantastic slideshow of all time. I think that was my first sign that I was excited about Math!? And then over the summer I read some science fiction books about mathematicians, and got back to school and was like WOW, MATH IS GREAT. And so then I promptly departed from Creative Writing and into AP Statistics, which was a great decision I think.
