7,220 DAYS:A MUSEUM OF HENRY

Spirited Away by Train

This is obviously not Henry’s work but it feels right to post it here because it was one of our favorite Miyazaki scenes. Both as a metaphor and as a means of (mental and physical) transportation, some train journeys linger in the memory and have a mysterious emotional resonance. This sequence stands out in this respect and it’s here for Henry’s friends to enjoy while we remember him and imagine the journey that he is on.
